We take all complaints and enquiries seriously and we will respond to you as soon as we possibly can. In order that we can resolve your concern or answer your question, please leave us a detailed message or request a call back from us. Typically the information we need to investigate a complaint or concern and be able to respond appropriately, includes:
- Time and date of observation(s)
- Clear description of observation
- Your location
- Your contact details (we will not pass on your details to any other organisation without your permission)
